Company Founder, Steve Meadows, has been building custom homes throughout Ohio since 1994. We are committed to building your home with quality materials and hold ourselves to the highest standards in construction. We build from your blueprint, or you can choose to customize one of ours. We build on your lot or choose from one of ours.

Steve grew up in Canal Winchester where his family owned the iconic Wigwam restaurant. A graduate of Canal Winchester HS, he received a basketball scholarship and played under the guidance of the Head Coach of the University of West Virginia, Bob Huggins.

Steve and his wife, Joanne, reside in Fairfield County where they raised 3 sons who attended Bloom Carroll schools and are proud that all have received their college degrees.

Designing and building homes are our passion. Our reputation in our community and in the construction industry are very important to us. We strongly rely on referrals from our customers for additional home building opportunities.
